Deborah Adams
SVP, managing director, Harbinger Communications

Adams has 24 years of experience at Harbinger creating strategy, providing counsel and developing brand-building programs specifically for female-centric products. She has worked for brands including Ben & Jerry's, Sunlight, Dare Foods and RBC, developing programs that resonate with women and creating female brand ambassadors. Her passion lies in helping global brand teams, like Dove's Self-Esteem Project, create a brand purpose and meaning beyond the functional aspects of their products.

Adrian Capobianco
president, Vizeum

Capobianco helps a diverse portfolio of clients leverage the changes in the digital economy. Before joining Vizeum, he worked at IBM, Rare Medium, Publicis, Fuse Marketing Group, Cundari and Proximity/BBDO. In 2008, he founded the digital innovation agency Quizative, which was later acquired by Cundari.

Shannon Davidson
VP and practice lead, marketing, National Public Relations

With over 20 years of experience, Davidson has worked in brand strategy, digital, public relations, advertising, promotion, sponsorships and events, and experiential marketing. She has worked for brands including Skate Canada, Scotiabank, GM, Ford Canada, Molson, Carlsberg, Starbucks, Microsoft, and the Government of Canada.

Pascal De Decker
co-president and ECD, Taxi Montreal

While known for his humour, De Decker takes advertising seriously. Leading successful campaigns for Volkswagen, Coca-Cola, and more, he's made an impact during his 20-year career. He worked at several agencies, including Cossette and Palm+Havas, before joining Taxi.

Jason Doolan
director of marketing, General Mills

Doolan has been a director of marketing for 15 years at General Mills. He has helped develop a new approach at the company where brands align themselves with their customers through shared values and beliefs, rather than strictly product attributes. He was voted the overall winner in strategy's 2015 Marketer of the Year marketing survey.

Sabrina Duguay
director of corporate communications, National Public Relations

Duguay was Cohn & Wolfe's VP from 2014 until the consolidation with National this year. Prior to joining Cohn & Wolfe, she was the founding president of Kohorte Communications Stratégiques and worked for many years with Action démocratique du Québec. She works for clients in numerous industries, including transportation and logistics, manufacturing, financial services, real estate development and digital technologies.

Marie-Josée Gagnon
CEO, Casacom

Gagnon founded Casacom, an integrated national PR firm headquartered in Montréal with an office in Toronto, in 2001. In 2013, she won the WOI RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award for Eastern Canada and was named one of Canada's top female entrepreneurs on Profit/Chatelaine's 2013 W100 ranking.

Frederick Lecoq
VP of marketing and e-commerce, Golf Town

Lecoq has over 15 years of strategic marketing experience, specializing in e-commerce, digital media and brand management. He previously held senior roles with LG Electronics, Microsoft, Nokia and FGL Sports.

Connie Morrison
chief operating officer, Chudleigh's

Morrison became chief operating officer at Chudleigh's Ltd. in August after serving as SVP of marketing at Canada Bread Company, Limited, a division of Grupo Bimbo. She has spent more than 30 working in the CPG industry, including roles at Maple Leaf Foods, Olivieri and Hershey, and she was nominated for strategy's Marketer of the Year in 2014.

Daniel Shearer
EVP and general manager, Cossette

Shearer spent the past 11 years with Taxi in Toronto, most recently as GM of Taxi 2, before moving to Cossette this year. He has been involved in work that has been highly awarded for both its creativity and effectiveness. He's worked across a broad spectrum of clients including TELUS, Koodo, Cadbury, Yellow Pages, Boston Pizza, Leon's, Toyota and Kraft, where he was managing director on Taxi's North American Kraft business.

Robin Shimkovitz
VP, Environics Communications

With more than 20 years of experience as a consumer marketing specialist, Robin works with Environics' clients to develop integrated communications strategies and campaigns that address their business challenges and create opportunities to build brand awareness and drive engagement with the right audiences.

Alison Simpson
SVP marketing and customer experience, Holt Renfrew

Simpson has held leadership positions on the client and agency sides, including roles at Rogers, McCann Canada and Bond Brand Loyalty. Her expertise covers loyalty, digital, brand, data analytics, PR and customer experience. Outside of work, she's an avid traveller, marathoner and adventurer.
